Competitive Weekly Pay + Full Benefits About the Opportunity Soliant is working with a welcoming school district in Adelanto, California , to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025-2026 school year . This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate therapist who wants to make a real difference in the lives of students. You'll be working on a supportive team, providing services to a diverse K-12 population. Both experienced SLPs and strong Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply! Responsibilities Provide direct therapy and conduct speech/language evaluations Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to student needs Maintain progress reports and accurate documentation Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families Caseload details (grades and size) will be discussed in the interview Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Active California SLP license (or ability to obtain by start date) ASHA CCCs or CFY candidates welcome Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required Benefits Weekly pay (W2 contract) Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) options CEU reimbursement Clinical supervision for CFs Supportive district team and resources Relocation assistance if needed Apply Now Excited to join a great school district in Adelanto?
