We're seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Woodburn, Oregon. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders in a collaborative school-based setting. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and small group settings Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student success Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and professional development Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Oregon SLP license (or eligibility) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply School-based experience preferred but not required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team Benefits: Competitive weekly pay (W-2) Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) plan with company match CEU reimbursement Opportunities for professional development and growth How to Apply:
