The Role : As our School Nurse, youll be responsible for the health and well-being of our students. Your role will include: Assess, monitor, and manage students with chronic health conditions Maintain accurate and confidential nursing records for students Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, as well as school district policies, related to health services in schools Communicate with parents and guardians regarding students health concerns, medications, and necessary follow-up Collaborate with Administration, teachers, and other school staff to support students physical and emotional well-being.

Qualifications : To succeed in this role, you should possess: A valid RN/LPN license in Florida. Pediatric nursing experience (preferred). Compassion and a nurturing spirit. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dedication to the well-being of children. CPR and First Aid certification.
