A healthcare occupational therapy professional is needed to provide services across a K-12 school district located in Jarratt, VA. This contract position runs for the next school year and involves delivering occupational therapy to students district-wide within a caseload model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations, treatments, and documentation for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress
• Utilize indirect hours for administrative work and participate in paid team meetings
• Maintain compliance with district policies and VA OT licensure requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Virginia
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy services preferred
• Familiarity with K-12 educational environments and IEP processes
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively across multiple school locations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
