Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Westfield, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive and collaborative school district located in Westfield, Massachusetts . This is a rewarding opportunity to positively impact the communication development and academic success of K12 students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to support communication goals

• Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate communication strategies into daily instruction

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights on student progress

• Educate parents and staff on effective communication strategies and best practices

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFYs) will be considered

• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred

• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and time-management skills

• Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality
