A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist with a current CCC certification is sought to provide therapy services for a K-12 school setting in Stockton, CA. This contract position spans the 2025-2026 school year, beginning July 29, 2025, and concluding May 29, 2026, with full-time hours (40 per week).
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 55-65 students, primarily focusing on kindergarten through 8th grade.
- Deliver services across two school sites: four days per week at one location and one day per week at the other.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is required.
- Experience working with school-aged children, especially K-8 students.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently across multiple sites.
- Must be available to work on-site; teletherapy and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) will not be considered for this role.
