Position Overview:
A school district in Fryeburg, ME is seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team for the 20252026 school year . This is a full-time, onsite position serving a diverse K12 caseload.

Youll work with students presenting a range of communication needsfrom mild articulation delays to more complex cases involving AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication). This is a rewarding opportunity for a collaborative clinician who thrives in a school-based setting.

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in grades K12

• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student success

• Serve students with a range of needs, including articulation, language disorders, and AAC users

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state requirements

• Active Maine SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Maine Department of Education certification (Endorsement 293) preferred

• Experience with AAC tools and devices is a plus

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
