Were hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a dedicated school-based team in Belton, TX . In this role, youll support a well-balanced elementary and/or middle school caseload, helping students achieve meaningful progress in communication and academic participation. This position is ideal for an SLP who thrives in a collaborative setting and values structure, clinical support, and access to high-quality resources.
Responsibilities & Role Overview:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and small group settings
Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and write reports
Participate in IEP meetings, develop goals, and track measurable progress
Collaborate regularly with general education teachers, special education staff, and school psychologists
Implement evidence-based interventions and progress monitoring tools
Maintain accurate service logs and timely documentation
Position Details & Benefits:
Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, Monday through Friday
