Were hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a dedicated school-based team in Belton, TX . In this role, youll support a well-balanced elementary and/or middle school caseload, helping students achieve meaningful progress in communication and academic participation. Responsibilities & Role Overview:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and small group settings

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and write reports

• Participate in IEP meetings, develop goals, and track measurable progress

• Collaborate regularly with general education teachers, special education staff, and school psychologists

• Implement evidence-based interventions and progress monitoring tools

• Maintain accurate service logs and timely documentation

Position Details & Benefits:
