Position Details

• Schedule: Part-Time (10 hours per week)

• Caseload: Middle School

• Location: Philadelphia, PA

• Licensure Requirement: Active Pennsylvania SLP License

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students individually or in small groups, based on IEP goals

• Deliver consultative services and support within classroom and group settings

• Develop and write Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals based on evaluations and student needs

• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and school teams to support student communication and academic success

• Train and advise staff on communication strategies to enhance student participation and classroom engagement

• Maintain thorough documentation, data tracking, and billing in line with district and state requirements

• Stay informed on evidence-based practices , licensure standards, and compliance requirements

• Adhere to all federal, state, and district regulations related to special education and SLP services
