Job Description:
We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Castaic, CA. This full-time, school-based position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by providing high-quality speech and language services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy outcomes

• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure student success

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations

Qualifications:

• Valid California SLP license (or eligibility)

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

• Previous experience in school settings is a plus

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Commitment to supporting diverse student populations
