Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and assess students' occupational therapy needs across the K-12 spectrum. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance students' academic performance and daily functioning. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support holistic student development. Document progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with school and regulatory standards. Provide consultative guidance on adaptive equipment and environmental modifications. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current Occupational Therapy licensure and certification. Experience working with school-aged children in K-12 settings. Strong understanding of educational protocols and individualized education programs (IEPs). Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school staff. Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs and learning environments.
