School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Vallejo, California

A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for a leave replacement position at an elementary school located in Vallejo, CA. This contract role covers a maternity leave period from September 8, 2025, through March 2, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student evaluations and therapy sessions
• Participate in team meetings, providing professional guidance on communication strategies

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC)
• Experience working with elementary school children, preferably in a school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and school staff
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently
• Valid credentials and clearances to practice in school settings in California
