Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Westerville, OH

A vibrant elementary school in Westerville, OH, is seeking two Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the upcoming school year contract from August 14, 2025, through May 29, 2026. This full-time position offers a schedule of 37.5 hours per week, five days a week, providing support for a diverse caseload of students within a structured workload model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students following individualized education plans.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities.
• Conduct assessments and maintain detailed documentation of student progress.
• Utilize augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices as needed to support student communication.
• Participate in meetings and professional development sessions as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Ohio Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) and Department of Education certifications.
• Credentials including Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
• Experience in pediatric and school-based speech therapy settings, including clinical fellowship year (CFY) completion.
• Knowledge of AAC devices is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills essential for working within a multidisciplinary team.
