A vibrant elementary school in Westerville, OH, is seeking two Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the upcoming school year contract from August 14, 2025, through May 29, 2026. This full-time position offers a schedule of 37.5 hours per week, five days a week, providing support for a diverse caseload of students within a structured workload model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students following individualized education plans.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities.
- Conduct assessments and maintain detailed documentation of student progress.
- Utilize augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices as needed to support student communication.
- Participate in meetings and professional development sessions as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Ohio Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) and Department of Education certifications.
- Credentials including Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience in pediatric and school-based speech therapy settings, including clinical fellowship year (CFY) completion.
- Knowledge of AAC devices is preferred but not mandatory.
