Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist in Frederick, MD

A public school in Frederick, MD is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite therapy services to students. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional care and support to a diverse caseload, contributing meaningfully to each students development.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language services to students in a public school setting.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and support staff to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Manage caseloads with excellent organization, ensuring timely documentation, progress monitoring, and reporting.
• Utilize technology proficiently for digital paperwork, communication, and assessment administration.
• Maintain professional development and adhere to licensure and ASHA standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) held for at least 1 year.
• Active and valid professional license.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with IEPs.
• Availability for at least 10 hours per week.
• Strong self-motivation and passion for positively impacting student outcomes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Comfortable learning new software and technology tools with basic troubleshooting capabilities.
