A public school in Frederick, MD is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite therapy services to students. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional care and support to a diverse caseload, contributing meaningfully to each students development.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language services to students in a public school setting.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and support staff to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Manage caseloads with excellent organization, ensuring timely documentation, progress monitoring, and reporting.
- Utilize technology proficiently for digital paperwork, communication, and assessment administration.
- Maintain professional development and adhere to licensure and ASHA standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) held for at least 1 year.
- Active and valid professional license.
- Minimum 1 year experience working with IEPs.
- Availability for at least 10 hours per week.
- Strong self-motivation and passion for positively impacting student outcomes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Comfortable learning new software and technology tools with basic troubleshooting capabilities.
