Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy in accordance with IEP goals Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments Write and implement IEPs and progress reports Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Washington State SLP license and ESA certification (or eligibility) School-based experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills
