Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Job Description: Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Shelton, Washington Start Date: September 2nd or 3rd End Date: June 12th (pending snow make-up days) Schedule: 7 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday-Friday) Service Model: In-person only (on-site required) Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct speech and language therapy services to students primarily in our middle grade schools which include Middle School (5th & 6th grade) and Junior High (7th & 8th grade) located approximately 1 mile apart. Additionally, this position includes supporting a small number of students at our alternative high school situated 2 miles from the middle schools. Caseload: Approximately 55-60 students Serving a full range of speech and language disabilities Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments and deliver individualized therapy services Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation per district and state requirements Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Valid Washington state SLP license or eligibility Previous school-based experience preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Commitment to working on-site and providing in-person services Lana Griffin
