Key Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy services focusing on fine and gross motor skill development. Monitor and document student progress consistently. Collaborate with educators and participate in IEP meetings to develop and implement tailored intervention plans. Serve students across two school sites as part of a K-12 program. Qualifications and Experience: Valid COTA or OT certification with experience in school-based therapy. Strong abilities in developing and implementing therapy programs targeted at fine motor and gross motor skill improvement. Effective communication skills for working with students, families, and school staff. Ability to manage caseload across multiple sites while maintaining detailed documentation. Location and Schedule: Position is based in Cordele, Georgia. Part-time role, 3 days per week during the regular school year (NSY). Contract duration aligned with the academic calendar.
