This full-time Speech Language Pathologist position supports early childhood development through comprehensive speech therapy services for children aged birth to 5 years. The role involves delivering direct therapy, conducting speech evaluations for eligibility and discharge, and working across varied settings including homes, daycares, preschools, and the office environment within a rural county. To facilitate travel to multiple locations, company vehicles are provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy to children aged 05, including in-home, daycare, preschool, and office-based settings
- Conduct speech and language assessments to determine eligibility and readiness for discharge
- Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support individualized therapy plans
- Travel throughout the county, including rural areas, using company vehicles for service delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and agency guidelines
Qualifications:
- Valid Wyoming Speech Language Pathologist license is required
- Experience working with early childhood populations preferred
- Ability to travel locally and adapt therapy to different environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
