Job Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (Full-Time, In-Person)

Location: Near Oak Park, IL

Pay Rate: $45 to $55/hr

Description:

Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. This full-time, in-person opportunity is based at a charter school serving middle and high school students near Oak Park, IL.

Position Highlights:

Caseload: Small and manageable - no more than 30 students

Setting: Work in a single school building to provide consistent support

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

Environment: Supportive and collaborative educational team

Responsibilities:

Provide therapy and support services to students with speech and language needs

Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
