We're recruiting an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide exceptional virtual speech and language services to students throughout Ohio. Role Framework This full-time remote position focuses on delivering comprehensive speech-language pathology services through our cutting-edge virtual platform. You'll conduct assessments, provide therapy, and collaborate with educational teams to address diverse communication challenges. Key Service Areas Speech and language assessments and evaluations
Articulation and phonological therapy interventions
Language comprehension and expression support
Fluency and voice disorder treatment
Social communication skills development
Augmentative communication system implementation
IEP meeting participation and goal development
Family and educator training and consultation
Student Demographics & Communication Needs Working with students from early childhood through secondary education, you'll address a wide spectrum of communication disorders including developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, hearing impairments, and acquired communication disorders. Our virtual approach ensures consistent service delivery while maintaining therapeutic relationships. Required Credentials Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Active Ohio speech-language pathologist licensure
Minimum 2 years of school-based SLP experience
Virtual therapy experience highly valued
Proficiency with assessment tools and technology platforms
Strong clinical reasoning and intervention skills
