This contract role supports elementary through secondary students with physical therapy needs, serving a caseload of approximately 50 students ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade. The assignment runs from September 3, 2025, through June 16, 2026, with a commitment of 35 hours per week. This is an on-site position with no virtual options. Key Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy evaluations, interventions, and documentation for students in a school setting Collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Support and train staff on physical therapy-related accommodations and strategies Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines and reporting requirements Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist with credentials valid in Washington state Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings Knowledge of educational laws, regulations, and IEP processes Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students ranging from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade Location: Lakewood, Washington
