Schedule: Full-time, school year contract Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized speech and language therapy services to students across all grade levels (K-12) Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans based on student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district policies and state regulations Participate in student IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and evaluation processes Desired Qualifications: Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working in a school setting, preferably with K-12 students Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of an educational team Knowledge of current assessment tools and therapy techniques This position offers the chance to positively influence student communication skills in a supportive educational environment, contributing directly to their academic success and personal growth.
