Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A K-12 school in Madison, MS, is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services on a temporary leave contract starting in January 2026. This position is ideal for an SLP with certification in both Clinical Competence (CCC) and School-based practice who is ready to support students across all grade levels. Key Qualifications: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Appropriate School SLP certification/license Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized speech and language therapy Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, parents, and support staff Location: Madison, Mississippi Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with educational goals Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines Participate in team meetings and professional development as required This temporary contract covers a maternity leave period beginning January 2026.
