Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated SchoolOccupational Therapists to join our team and support students with diverseneeds. You will play a vital role in helping students achieve academic, social,and life skills success. Youll be part of a collaborative, inclusive, andinnovative environment that values your expertise and empowers your growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized therapyplans tailored to each students unique needs.

Assess students’ physical, emotional, and socialdevelopment.

Provide therapy to improve students’ ability toperform tasks in their daily living and school environment.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and otherprofessionals to ensure cohesive support.

Monitor and assess student progress, adjustingtherapy as needed.

Utilize technology and adaptive tools to enhancetherapy sessions.

Promote positive behavior and social interactionthrough evidence-based strategies.

Maintain accurate records and comply with allfederal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy orrelated field (Masters preferred).

Valid state licensure as an OccupationalTherapist.

Experience working with students withdisabilities (emotional, physical, intellectual, or sensory).

Strong communication, collaboration, andorganizational skills.
