We are seeking passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a supportive team in North Highlands, California for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year . These are school-based, onsite-only positions with multiple openings available. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time hours, we want to hear from you! This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students across various age groups. You'll work closely with students, teachers, and families to support communication development and help students reach their full academic and social potential. What We Offer: Flexible scheduling (full or part-time considered) Competitive compensation Supportive team environment Opportunity to work with a variety of student populations Early interview process for 2025-2026 placements Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services to students in a school-based setting Conduct assessments and evaluations Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid California SLP License or CCCs Prior experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Must be able to work onsite (remote or virtual is not available) Additional Information: Caseloads and school site locations are still being determined Candidates are encouraged to share their preferences (grade level, type of caseload, etc.) during the interview process Please note: At this time, we are not reviewing SLPA applications for this location
