Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an educational team in Kansas City, MO. This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) will serve elementary students in grades K-5 throughout the full academic year. The ideal candidate will be committed to helping students overcome communication barriers and reach their fullest potential. Responsibilities: Provide direct therapy services to K-5 students in alignment with IEP goals Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid Missouri SLP license (or eligibility) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred School-based experience is a plus, but strong CFs are encouraged to apply To Apply:
