School-Based Physical Therapist - Mechanicsville, Virginia

A School-based Physical Therapist position is available for the 2025-2026 academic year in Mechanicsville, VA, serving a K-12 student population. This onsite, contract role offers a typical schedule of 37.5 hours per week and spans from August 12, 2025, through May 22, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to students across grades K-12, supporting their physical development and educational participation.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in accordance with students needs and school goals.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and promote student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with school policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate in professional development and clinical consultation opportunities to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Current Virginia Occupational Therapy license is required.
