The position offers a full-time allotment of 35 hours per week, structured as 7-hour days, which includes dedicated time for paperwork, planning, and other indirect responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of approximately 50-60 students, primarily within elementary grades but with flexibility across all K-12 levels. Collaborate with educational staff and families to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs). Document and maintain accurate records using specialized systems. Participate in continuous professional development and team meetings as required. Qualifications: Active Michigan SLP licensure is required. Candidates with either the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with school-based information and billing systems such as PowerSchool (IEP system), MyStar (Student Information System), and EdPlan (Medicaid billing) is preferred.
