Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Carmel, IN

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available serving a K-12 school population in Carmel, IN for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract role offers the opportunity to work with approximately 50 students ranging from early childhood through 12th grade, primarily with mild speech and language impairments. Responsibilities include: Conducting evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language needs Providing individualized and group therapy sessions to address IEP goals and objectives Managing a caseload focused on pediatric speech-language services Collaborating with educators and school staff to support student progress Ideal candidates will hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology and have experience in healthcare, pediatrics, teletherapy, school settings, or a combination of these areas. Candidates currently in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or those with Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) credentials serving in school or healthcare environments are also encouraged to apply. Key Qualifications: SLP with CCC, experience in school-based pediatric caseloads preferred Strong skills in speech evaluation, assessment, and therapy Capable of managing approximately 35+ hours per week Familiarity with IEP development and compliance Ability to provide services via in-person and teletherapy platforms This position offers a competitive hourly rate between $45-$55, commensurate with experience, including consideration for years in school settings or pediatric practice.
