• Job Title: School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)

• Location: San Jose, CA and nearby areas

• Schedule: Full-time 37.5 hours per week

• Caseload: Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade

• Start Date: Beginning of the 20252026 school year

• Contract Type: Full academic year (W-2 contract)

• Active California SLPA License

• Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• Previous experience in schools or pediatrics is preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply

• Dedicated Recruiter Support from application to contract completion

• Weekly Pay via direct deposit competitive hourly rates based on experience and school district standards

• Compensation: $35$45 per hour
