Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is sought for a high school setting in Torrance, CA. This is a contract position for the current school year (CSY), offering the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of students requiring speech and language services. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately 22 students primarily at the high school level, with potential assignments at the elementary level. The caseload involves students with mild to moderate speech and language needs, as well as some students with moderate-severe challenges. The work schedule follows regular school hours, from 8:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., Monday through Friday. Key Qualifications and Experience: Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience working with mild-moderate and moderate-severe speech and language disorders Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with educators and families Comfort working in a high school environment with potential for elementary support Location:

The position is based in a high school located in Torrance, California, with services billed through the school district as per the master contract provisions.
