Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 28 hours/week
Description:
Join our team to support students across multiple school sites in Sycamore and surrounding areas. Youll perform evaluations, deliver therapeutic interventions, collaborate with IEP teams, and support students with diverse physical needs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and create individualized PT plans.
Provide direct PT services and progress monitoring.
Communicate effectively with educators, families, and support staff.
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain documentation.
Qualifications:
Valid Illinois PT license.
School-based therapy experience preferred.
Reliable transportation.
