School Physical Therapist Lynn, Massachusetts

A licensed Physical Therapist is needed to provide onsite services in a K-12 school setting located in Lynn, MA. This contract position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week throughout the school year, supporting students across all grade levels.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering physical therapy assessments, interventions, and treatments tailored to meet the individual needs of K-12 students
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Monitoring student progress and maintaining thorough documentation of services in compliance with school and state regulations
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive, supportive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapy license is required
• Experience working within a school setting is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, families, and staff
• Commitment to student-centered care and continuous professional development
