A contract Speech-Language Pathologist position is available for the next school year in a K-12 educational setting located in Hackensack, NJ. This role involves providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders across all grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech and language goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress
• Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and assist with IEP development and reviews

Qualifications:

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• State licensure as a School Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working in K-12 school environments preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
