Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify students' needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support students' progress Provide direct therapy targeting articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication Maintain accurate records and prepare documentation in compliance with school and state regulations Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional insights Qualifications and Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Valid School SLP certification for the state of Pennsylvania Experience working in a K-12 school setting is strongly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and educators Ability to manage caseload and maintain detailed documentation in a timely manner This contract position provides an excellent platform to utilize clinical expertise within an educational environment, helping students reach their full potential.
