SLP Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders in elementary students.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in IEP meetings with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support social communication skills and language development inside and outside the classroom.

Qualifications:

• Required: PDE certification in Speech and Language
• Preferred: PA SLP License
• Preferred: Previous school-based experience
