Amergis Healthcare Staffing is proud to partner with a school in northern Worcester county, currently seeking two full-time Speech Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) to support elementary and middle school caseloads for the 20252026 academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative and student-centered environment.

Position Overview

As a licensed Speech Language Pathologist, you will evaluate student needs, perform re-evaluations, provide direct services, oversee SLPAs, write progress reports and IEP goals, and collaborate with IEP teams. Each position will support a caseload of approximately 80 studentsone at the elementary level and one at the middle school level.

Schedule

Monday Friday

Elementary: 9:05 AM 3:25 PM
Middle School: Varies between 7:30/8:00 AM 1:50/2:30 PM

• Start Date: August 26, 2025 (Staff) | September 2, 2025 (Students)
• Pay Rate: Up to $75/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and re-evaluate student speech and language needs
• Provide direct therapy services
• Supervise and support SLPAs
• Write IEP goals and progress reports
• Collaborate with IEP teams and school staff

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts SLP license (SLP-CCC required)
• Prior school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
