What You’ll Do:

• Conduct evaluations to identify students’ functional, developmental, and learning needs

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

• Provide interventions to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress

• Document student performance and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines

• Support inclusive education by recommending adaptive equipment and classroom modifications

Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

• Active California OT License (Required)

• Minimum 1 year of pediatric or school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with IEP process and special education services a plus

Certifications:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)

Schedule:

• School hours, Monday–Friday

• No weekends or holidays
