Speech-Language Pathologist in Charles Town, WV

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year in a K-12 educational setting located in Charles Town, WV. This contract role offers a 35-hour work week and provides an opportunity to deliver valuable speech and language support to students throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for SLP or Speech Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion
• West Virginia SLP License
• West Virginia Teaching Certification for school-based practice
• Experience working with K-12 student populations in educational environments preferred

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders among students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports in accordance with state and school regulations
