Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract A North Lakewood, WA K-12 school is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join their team on a contractual basis. This role offers a 0.6 FTE position, providing services approximately 20-24 hours per week from September 3, 2025, through June 16, 2026. Working within a dynamic educational environment, you will support a caseload of about 20 students spanning kindergarten through 12th grade. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions for students. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress. Conduct assessments and maintain detailed documentation to monitor student outcomes. Provide recommendations and strategies to enhance student participation and performance across school activities. Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapist license with experience in a school setting. Ability to work effectively with children across a wide age range (K-12). Strong communication skills to engage collaboratively with students, families, and school staff. Knowledge of educational and therapeutic best practices to promote student success.
