This opportunity involves providing therapy services primarily to middle and high school students throughout the school year. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services to approximately 30 students. Manage caseload efficiently to support student communication needs. Collaborate with educational staff and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as required. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school policies. Adapt therapy techniques to meet the needs of adolescents with various speech and language challenges. Qualifications: Valid SLP licensure or certification appropriate for school-based practice. Experience working with middle and high school populations preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with the educational team. Position Details: Contract duration from September 2, 2025, to June 5, 2026. Approximately 37.5 hours per week, with hours potentially varying based on caseload management and meeting schedules. Daily start time is 7:20 AM, with student attendance beginning between 7:50 and 8:05 AM. Student day ends at 3:00 PM; meetings such as IEPs may extend work hours until 3:45 or 4:00 PM.
