Title: Full-Time School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opening Hammond, IN

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and qualified full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an onsite, school-based role in Hammond, Indiana . This opportunity is ideal for a passionate professional who enjoys working in collaborative educational environments and is committed to supporting students with diverse communication needs.

• Location: Hammond, IN

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time

• Hours: 3540 hours per week

• Position Type: Onsite only

• Provide direct speech therapy services to students (preschool through high school)

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments

• Develop and write Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Monitor and document student progress regularly

• Address speech, language, fluency, and social communication challenges

• Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams across one or more campuses

• Ensure compliance with state and school district documentation standards

• Active Indiana SLP license (or eligibility by start date)

• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply supervision available

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills
