Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with ASHA Certification (CCC) is needed to support students from PreK through 5th grade in an elementary school setting located in Bessemer, AL. This contract position runs through the current school year, offering 37.5 hours per week. Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
ASHA Certification (CCC)
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades PreK through 5
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) Location:
