Physical Therapist - School Setting in State College, PA

Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract A part-time, onsite position is available to support K-12 students in a school setting. This role is itinerant, providing specialized services across multiple grade levels within the district. The assignment is full time and runs for the entire school year on a contract basis. Responsibilities: Deliver instructional or therapeutic services to K-12 students as assigned Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to meet student needs Travel between multiple school locations as needed within the district Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines Participate in professional development and team meetings Qualifications: Relevant licensure or certification in the specialized field (e.g., physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, etc.) Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt to different school environments and student needs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for itinerant duties Location: Onsite in State College, Pennsylvania This role offers the opportunity to deliver meaningful support across a diverse student population in local schools.
