A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in school administration is responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, language, and communication disorders in students. Important skills for this role include excellent communication, patience, empathy, problem-solving, and the ability to work with a diverse range of students. They should have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
