Speech-Language Pathologist Jobs in Grand Forks, ND
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in school administration is responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, language, and communication disorders in students. They work closely with teachers, parents, and school psychologists to create individualized education programs (IEPs) to improve students' communication skills, academic performance, and social development. Additionally, they should be licensed in the state where they practice. Prior to becoming an SLP, a person may have roles as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, a Special Education Teacher, or a School Counselor.
