About the Role:
Soliant is working with a district that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position serving students in a school-based setting. We welcome Clinical Fellows (CFYs) who are looking for supportive supervision during their CFY year. At this time, we are not accepting SLPAs for this position.

Schedule:

• Typical hours: 7:45 AM 3:55 PM , Monday through Friday

• 30-minute lunch break daily

• Full school year: August 12, 2025 June 11, 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)

• Provide direct therapy services to students

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Valid California SLP license or eligibility

• CCC-SLP preferred, but CFY candidates are welcome to apply

• School-based experience is a plus, but not required
