We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our student support team in a collaborative and inclusive school setting. This full-time role supports learners from kindergarten through 12th grade, focusing on the evaluation, treatment, and enhancement of communication skills essential for academic and social success.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth speech and language assessments as part of both general and special education evaluations.
Design and implement personalized intervention plans that align with each student's IEP goals.
Deliver targeted therapy and track progress toward communication benchmarks.
Work closely with educators, families, counselors, and support staff to create consistent support across environments.
Document services provided and, where required, assist with Medicaid billing compliance.
Serve as an active member of IEP teams, offering expertise to inform planning and decision-making.
Offer insights and training on communication supports, including accommodations and assistive technologies.
