Speech-Language Pathologist (K12 Schools)

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our student support team in a collaborative and inclusive school setting. This full-time role supports learners from kindergarten through 12th grade, focusing on the evaluation, treatment, and enhancement of communication skills essential for academic and social success.

• Conduct in-depth speech and language assessments as part of both general and special education evaluations.

• Design and implement personalized intervention plans that align with each student's IEP goals.

• Deliver targeted therapy and track progress toward communication benchmarks.

• Work closely with educators, families, counselors, and support staff to create consistent support across environments.

• Document services provided and, where required, assist with Medicaid billing compliance.

• Serve as an active member of IEP teams, offering expertise to inform planning and decision-making.

• Offer insights and training on communication supports, including accommodations and assistive technologies.
