A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade at a single elementary school site. This contract role offers the opportunity to work in an in-person setting, providing essential speech and language support to enhance student communication and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state regulations.
- Provide training and support to staff and families regarding speech and language development.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure.
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with school personnel and families.

Location: Watsonville, California
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Contract Duration: August 19, 2025 June 12, 2026
