School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Santa Maria, California

The Santa Maria-Bonita School District is seeking four full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join its team for the upcoming school year. These positions are itinerant and will serve students across multiple sites within the district, working with elementary and middle school-aged students . This is a great opportunity to work onsite with a supportive educational community dedicated to student success.

• Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)

• Location: Onsite, district-wide (Itinerant)

• Student Population: Elementary & Middle School

• Setting: School-based

• Replacement: Seeking to replace remote candidates; onsite work required

• Provide diagnostic evaluations and therapy services to students with speech-language impairments

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to develop and implement IEPs

• Maintain accurate documentation and service records

• Support students' academic and social development through effective communication strategies

• Travel between assigned school sites within the district

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• California State SLP License or eligibility

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs may be considered

• School-based experience is a plus

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

• Ability to work onsite and travel to multiple school locations
